Reservation System
The club operates on a reservation-based system for Badminton, Table Tennis, and Pickleball. Walk-in players are accommodated if there's availability, but advance booking is strongly recommended to secure your slot.
Court Booking/Cancellation/Usage Policy
Bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will incur a full charge.
Players should notify the club if they anticipate being late. Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may result in cancellation of the reservation.
A maximum of 6 people is allowed per court. This includes both players and spectators. Overcrowding is not permitted for safety and comfort.
Players are required to play only on the court they have been assigned. Switching courts without prior approval from staff is not allowed.
Please note that Rally Sports reserves the right to make changes to your booked court to accommodate scheduling adjustments, maintenance requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
Waiver of Liability
Participants acknowledge and assume the risks associated with playing Badminton/Table Tennis/Pickleball.
Rally Sports Club is not liable for injuries or damages, regardless of their cause, including those caused by the deliberate or negligent conduct of any party.
Participants release Rally Sports Club from any claims or lawsuits for injuries, damages, or lost/damaged personal items.
Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions are responsible for their own treatment and avoidance of harmful substances.
Participants agree to comply with club rules and regulations.

Concerns should be communicated via
email to booking@rallysportsclub.ca for prompt action.
Court Maintenance
Respect the booking time. Ensure you leave the court promptly at the end of your session to allow for the next booking.
Players are responsible for maintaining the condition of their reserved court and leaving it clean and respectful.
No food items are allowed on the court at any time. Water bottles and sports drinks are permitted but must be kept in designated areas off the playing surface.
Safety and Etiquette
Players must wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking badminton shoes.
Please note that shoes must be changed in the reception area before proceeding to the courts. This helps maintain the quality of the flooring and ensures an optimal playing experience for everyone.
Any form of misconduct, disrespect to staff or other players, or damage to property may result in suspension from future bookings.
